Hong Kong Trip.
HK trip was really fun and memorable, no doubt about that. The company was great, the lodging was wonderful, just that the programmes were a little boring. I wish i'm still in hk right now, partying all night long. Hahah. Yea, the late night parties are definitely unforgettable.

Thanks to howie for keeping me awake until 1am plus, for fear that i'll oversleep and miss my flight. Haha. Yea, that's nice. I left my house pretty early since i didn't sleep at all. I reached the airport 20mins earlier than the reporting time. Yea, the driver was driving at 150km/h. I must say, it was pretty cool~ Haha.
We arrived in HK at around 11am and headed to lunch. Lunch was at this dim sum restaurant. I do not know what got into me but i ate a lot lesser than usual.

Next stop, City Uni of Hong Kong. What we did there is similiar to the boring lectures we have here. I think i slept a bit here and there. Haha, just like in singapore. Check-in to Harbour Resort Plaza City. I was lucky enough to get one of the biggest room, so most of the night party were held at my place.

From left. Sha, andrew, me, lynette, simon. I shared the room with andrew and the rest is our "regular customers." Not to forget dora and geryll who's not in the photo. First night wasn't much. Simon and geryll came over to drink and little but we poker a lot! Haha.

This is taken near Lan Gui Feng. Lan Gui Feng is something like our Clarke Quay, with all the pubs and clubs. Too bad, we did not get to enter one since we were only given 30 mins. Too short to even chill out and have a drink. Haha, anyway, that is what it looks like in one of the pubs.
The bottle caps for the alcohol. I think there was 12 to 15 bottles for 11 ppl. Haha. There was Sha, dora, geryll, andrew, lynette, simon, Xiang yun, Ying hua, JJ, vincent and me! They're not hard liqour, but somewhat similar to those bacardi u find in 7-11. Cool! Wish u were here right? We played a game called "i never". Someone will say "i never ...." and u have to drink if u are completely opposite. Other than that, there was jokes and other stuff. Haha.
Oh! At the same time, there was another party going on. But we "snatched" most of them. Not any one's fault, but they were playing card games and drinking fanta orange! Haha! Who gets high on Fanta Orange?! This joke got us going man, seriously. Until now, it never fails to make us laugh. Haha. Well, we have alcohol and decent party games. Which one will u go to? Haha!
Took a cable car to Ngong Ping peak. It was a 25 mins ride so u can roughly imagine how long it is.

This is what it looks like on Ngong Ping Peak. Visibility is less than 100m. Cool!

Despite partying so hard the night before, we manage to climb 265 steps to reach the world largest sitting bronze buddlda statue. I think u can roughly make out the figure of a sitting buddlda from the photo. Haha.

From left, andrew, me, simon. This is taken on the bus, after the trip to Ladies Market. Sorry but i do not have photos for Ladies Market as most of us went our separate ways and were too busy shopping that we forgot to take photos. Haha!

Well, that's all for Wednesday. As usual, we had a small party in my room. And all thanks to the 7-11 in the photo above. It's less than 1 min walk from the hotel and it supplies all the food and drinks for the parties.

A group photo taken just outside the Hong Kong Wetland Park. It is like our botanic gardens. Nothing much for me since i don't really have interest in this kind of stuff.
We went to victoria peak and captured this beautiful image. It's like the business centre for HK. After lunch, we went to this building with all the FOS. Adidas, nike, billabong, u name it! But too bad, too little time for too many things. In the end, i only got a couple of tops. They also lack sizes. Sian ji puah..

Saw the man in green? 6th from the right. He's a really good tour guide. Nice guy as well. Haha, if only every tour guide is like him. Friendly, nice and willing to mingle around.

Happy april fool's day. Haha. But no pranks were played. Breakfast was nice, with eggs, noodles and sausages. Small variety but they are delicious.
"Welcome Ngee Ann Polytechnic to Ocean Park". Saw that? Haha, i think it was really nice of them to welcome us this way. Was suppose to have a talk with the staff there about Ocean Park, but it was cancelled as they are having a meeting. So we had the whole day to ourselves and play with a hack for everything else. Hahaha!
One of the panda given to HK from China. I think it's quite fat cause i only saw it eat, eat, and eat when i'm there. Haha! What a life. That must be the real meaning for chillax. Haha.
There was another place of interest on the other side of the mountain. And thank god we took the cable car. Look at the stairs! Haha. And that's not all. There are more stairs after what u can see in the first photo, not to mention the stairs after the mountain. As u can see from the 2nd photo, we ARE already very high up above sea level. Haha!
That's me, doing a temporary tattoo on my neck. Sha and andrew has one too, similar ones. Haha!
That's sha, with her tattoo. It faded during the last few days after all the washing and stuff. I wanted to get a tribal one for my arm. But in the end, did not.

That's geryll. Haha. Nope, we are not high or anything. =) Anyway, i slept on the couch that night. I can tell u this, the couch was so comfortable. Haha, it was soft, just that it's too small. No backaches in the morning. Cool~
Wednesday, 2 April 08
We partied till 4am plus last night, but surprisingly, we still have the energy to go on. Haha!
Took a cable car to Ngong Ping peak. It was a 25 mins ride so u can roughly imagine how long it is.
U can see from the background of the first photo that there's a mountain. Yes, we can going up there. Not only that, there's another mountain behind. It's freaking high. In the second photo, we are after the first mountain and proceeding on to the other. But it's covered by the mist so u can roughly figure out how high it is. Sorry peeps, there isn't a decent photo for it. =)
This is what it looks like on Ngong Ping Peak. Visibility is less than 100m. Cool!

A group photo taken just outside the Hong Kong Wetland Park. It is like our botanic gardens. Nothing much for me since i don't really have interest in this kind of stuff.
Next up, HK polytechnic uni. We learned about the courses they offer and even went to their labs. Yea, all the same old boring studying stuff. After dinner, we were given some free and easy time. There was this big event called the "avenue of stars and symphony of lights." But andrew, geryll and i were busy walking around the department stores nearby so in the end, we gave it a miss.
So for tonight, we decided to stay alcohol-free. Instead, we bought Fanta Orange. Hahaha! We watch tv and did the usual stuff other than drinking. Most of them left at 4am plus, so andrew, lynette and i went down to 7-11 to grab some food. After eating and chilling for a while, we slept at around 6am. This was the night where we had the least sleep. I only slept for 1 hour. We were so tired that we decided to skip breakfast as well. After all, breakfast's gonna be the same thing again.
Friday, 4 April 08
As we all know, we had alcohol for the first 3 nights, but decide to stay alcohol free for the last night. And guess what? We were damn tired during the last day. So we were like, "confirm is that Fanta Orange!" Haha. And the surprisingly thing is, during lunch, we had alcohol. The next thing u know, we were filled with energy again. Like what the hell la! Haha! It's just so confusing and contradicting. Hahaha.
We went to victoria peak and captured this beautiful image. It's like the business centre for HK. After lunch, we went to this building with all the FOS. Adidas, nike, billabong, u name it! Alright, that's all i have for HK trip. Will post more photos when i get them. Special thanks to all who made this trip fun and memorable. =) Hahaha!
