SBR CT

SBR Common test sucks, totally man. I left like 1/4 of it blank, anyhow anyhow for half of it. And i'm not even confident for the remaining 1/4. Well, expected to fail, But I Don't Care!

I did study, a bit. So i guess the result is just right for the efforts that i put in. But the sad thing is that it's 20%. Quite a big percentage actually. But no point brooding over it, it's over!(Howie's favourite phrase. -.-) HAHAHA! I just realise i actually know shit about the other modules. Wish me luck, i'll definitely need it more than u do. HAHA!

If only i can turn back time,
if only i can say what i still hide,
How many actually understand what i feel inside?

Well, shit happens. What to do?
I'll set off on a new chase.

Top 10 Bad Things That Are Good For You

The 10 BAD things that are GOOD for you.
10.Beer
The newest bad kid on the block, beer has long been overshadowed by its healthier alcoholic cousins. While no one's suggesting you switch that glass of antioxidant-rich Pinot Noir for a tall glass of lager-there's still that beer gut to worry about-new research has suggested that moderate beer intake can actually improve cardiovascular function. Now if only a scientist will discover the health benefits of ballpark franks and chicken wings. Heaven.

9.Anger
If you're one of those people who tends to bottle things up, only to explode ... don't hold it in so long. Studies show that bursts of anger here and there are good for the health, and can be an even more effective coping mechanism than becoming afraid, irritated or disgusted. Anger, like the consumables in this list, however, is best in moderation: stay angry for long periods of time and you'll be plagued with a host of health issues, like blood pressure, sleep disorders and lung damage.

8.Coffee
Java is one of the most debated substances around. Is it good for you? Is it bad for you? Both? The consensus, now anyways, seems to favor those who enjoy their morning joly-unrelated studies claim coffee is a major source of antioxidant in our diet and can help lower your risk of diabetes. Something in the beans is also thought to ease the onset of cirrhosis of the liver and pancreatitis, good news for those who like to party hard all night before their morning caffeine boost.

7.LSD
In heavy drinkers, small doses of LSD have been thought to help bypass the rock-bottom stage of alcoholism and prevent relapses. These studies-some decades old-were done in closely monitored, clinical settings; many patients haven't had a drink in the many years since. It's an interesting finding that needs a lot more investigation, and not a remedy that should ever be tried at home.

6.Sunlight
Exposure to the sun's rays is necessary to survive, but can also kill you in gross, cancerous quantities. Asthmatics, at least, could benefit from measured doses of ultraviolet rays, according to scientists. Sunlight suppressed the immune reactions that cause asthma in some lab studies with mice and could be used to treat humans afflicted with the disease in the future. And sunlight-even if indirect, such as on a shaded porch-is known to boost the mood. Extra sunlight can help office workers avoid afternoon drowsiness.

5.Maggots
They're creepy, slimy and altogether ooky, but maggots can save your life. These squirmy larvae are science's newest wonder-cure and were approved in 2003 as the Food & Drug Administration's only live medical device. Placed on serious wounds, maggots mimic their "wild" lifestyle and munch on bacteria and dead tissues, stimulating healing and helping to prevent infection.

4.Marijuana
Marijuana, often associated with memory loss, is ironically now being hyped as a way to stave off the ultimate form of memory loss: Alzheimer's. Recent studies on mice suggest that anti-inflammatories found in the drug prevent the clumping of brain proteins, one major cause of the disease.

3.Red Wine
A crucial ingredient in the diets of the world's heart-healthiest populations-like those Bordeaux-guzzling French-red wine has long been known to have potent anti-cancer and artery-protecting benefits. The key, some studies indicate, is an antioxidant found specifically in the skin of red wine grapes, called resveratrol. The latest studies even link resveratrol to greater endurance, a reduction in gum disease and Alzheimer's.

2.Chocolate
Chocolate lovers rejoice: study after study lately has touted the magical benefits of the indulgent treat, which is packed with the antioxidant flavonols that prevent certain cancers and keep your arteries from clogging. The most recent news? These powerful chemicals may even increase blood flow to the brain, warding off dementia. Just stick to the highest cocoa content possible-the bars packed with sugar don't help your health one bit.
1.Sex
Scientists have found that the benefits of sex go beyond immediate, ahem, gratification and satisfying the goal of procreation. Besides the obvious evolutionary purposes, we can all take pleasure in the news that having sex is an easy way to reduce stress, lower cholesterol and improve circulation throughout the body. As if you needed another excuse.

That's all Folks!

Stress up shit.

Sometimes, there's just so many things to think about, to sort out, i wish i was dead.

I'm rather pissed off tonight, and will be for the next few days. Until i sort everything out, which is like totally impossible. I wish there is this suppressing pill which will help me suppress everything inside, hide my emotions and tired-ness. Maybe, put a smile on my face.

Sometimes, or rather, everytime, it's really hard to do that. To force this half dead body to wake up, wear a smile and prepare for school.

There's just so many issues going on which needs an answer. I'm tired and stressed, i really am.

When will u talk to me?

Yesterday was a seriously long day. I woke up at bloody 8am to prepare for Belated Mother's Day Celebration. And thank god, the venue was changed to Bukit Gombak. Or else i'll have to spend 4 hours travelling to tampinas and back. And guess what, the lunch cost $40 for one person. But it was worth it i guess. There was shark fin soup and stuff. But i would have spend it on another canter shorts. HAHA!

Went to jog around cck before heading to Limbang for soccer. It was freaking hard to run when i'm not in boots. I fell so many times and almost sprain my ankle. Hahaha! Went to chill out in the night. Nothing much, we just chill out at one corner, talk and stuff. If only i can spend every night like this.
P/S: I AM NOT A CHK!

Fuck off!

I must say, the past few weeks was rather fast paced. With trainings and projects piling up, time seems to pass faster. But i'm not enjoying any second of it.(Except for trainings)

Friday night was really nice, i went to chill out with howie for a while before heading to Bishan for prawning. It was freaking crowded, so i didn't prawn at all. After that, headed to gerald's place and rugby08 all the way until morning. Then, we headed to school for Botanical Gardens trip. Okay, let's not talk about that. Spoiler only!

Some really wonderful and sweet things happened to me recently. But sometimes ,what we think may not be what it is. So we tend to misunderstand stuff and do the wrong shit. That's life, isn't it? See how it goes. One step at a time, skip one and u will fall.

Fuck off yo, i can't stand you!

Gay Boy

Today is the third time i requested to be taken off the schedule. Yeah, my supervisor gonna think i'm some problematic kid. Haha! Well, what to do? School ends late for me everyday, along with rugby training, it's hard to work for sat and sun. So usually i hope to only work on sat. But suay suay(unlucky) always kena both days.

Anyway, work was great today. I was posted to carpark, with Sarina and Vanny. Yes, Vanny. HAHAHA! It's always nice to work with Vanny. He's always funny and Sarina adds on to it. Oh my, i wonder when i'll be able to tag team with them again. If there isn't training on thurs, i'll gladly skip FRM lesson for work.

Look at the stars,
Look how they shine for you,
And everything you do.

Yes, it's taken in HK, in a lecture room. And the thing is, it occured less than 2 mins after the lecturer started his talk. =)

Crisis

I just realise that i haven't blogged for a pretty long time. Somehow, i'm getting sick of typing my life out. Many things have happen recently.

It's week 3 and projects are starting to come in. Year 2 is indeed, year 2. Projects are no longer explained clearly, projects no longer have any guidelines, projects are given even before the chapter is being covered. Well, that's expected. So all we can do is use our hands and find our way around. Just pray hard that u don't go the wrong way and have to start all over again.

Training was good. Response was good since many freshies came to try it out. But some were really cocky and i can't really stand them. But damn it, what to do? Seeing how things are now, i do hope that i can bring my level of play to another level and keep improving, hopefully fast enough to fill up the gaps. Sigh.

We are facing a crisis.
