Property management is so much better than SBR. I think i did okay for calculations, hopefully i'm correct. But i did badly for thoery. I copied down almost everything. HAHA! But one big mistake though, a stupid one.

Before the exam started, the lecturer pass us some notes ( the test is open book), i thought it was Chap 6 notes so i threw it aside. And guess what! It was the answer to Question 2c. What the fuck man, i stupidly threw away 5 marks. Yup, 5 marks isn't a lot for me ( since i don't aim high) but if only i took 2 secs to read the content, i would have another extra 5 marks. See, 2 second counts! Haha!
